Hi! I’m Natalie.
…a nursing clinical coach who believes the most powerful lessons happen in real time—at the bedside, in honest conversations with colleagues. Those moments of vulnerability, celebration, and shared problem-solving have shown me the transformative impact of nurses teaching nurses. It’s what inspired me to amplify those conversations and help nurses grow through real-life scenarios, practical application, and meaningful dialogue.
As a bedside pediatric cardiac intensive care nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, I hold certifications in CCRN and CPN. I bring over a decade of hands-on experience to my work, blending clinical expertise with a passion for mentorship. I’ve had the privilege of being invited to speak at national conferences on advancing nursing from the bedside, and I’m committed to bringing curiosity, connection, and clinical excellence to the frontlines of care.
As the host of Chat with Nurse Nat, a podcast dedicated to pediatric cardiac nursing, my goal is to deliver practical education that sharpens your skills, boosts your clinical confidence, and helps you practice at the top of your license.
